EXS Series Double Piston Pneumatic Cylinder

EXS series double piston pneumatic cylinder, double force, bore sizes range from 6mm to 32mm. Simultaneously being machined in Horizontal machining center for cylinder body, front cover and mounting plate, the pneumatic cylinder gets strong guarantee for extremely high precision, and concentricity. The double piston pneumatic cylinder has high bending resistance and tensional strength performance with non-return precision and low piston rod deflection, well supporting lateral loading performance. The longer slide bearing gives much better guiding performance, no need extra lubrication for the double piston pneumatic cylinder. The cushion pad of front cover gives a good adjustment for cylinder stroke and better impact power reducing down. Two sets of IN/OUT ports are available for more suitable choice, while all sides are designed with suitable mounting holes for the double piston pneumatic cylinder.
